Co-owner, Dave Chibnik, has been in the HVAC and Plumbing industry for 30 years. He began his journey working beside some of Central Pennsylvania’s best and highly regarded technicians. Dave has seized every opportunity to acquire knowledge and skill to become one of the area’s most sought after service technicians and troubleshooters. Dave’s expertise and attention to the smallest detail led him to open B.C. Mechanical Services, Inc. in February of 2002.

Through those years of taking care of people’s homes and businesses, Dave earned a tremendous reputation and gained permanent customers. B.C. Mechanical Services, Inc. was a very successful, smaller company with as many as 4 service technicians and 3 office staff. Dave decided to close the doors and re-open with the renowned Drain Cleaning Specialist, Chad Baker. Combining the well-known Caveman Logo and the name of Co -Owner, Chad Baker. A new, one call does it all, Drain Cleaning, Plumbing, and HVAC Services company was born.

Co-owner, Chad Baker, has been in the business of drain cleaning for 12 years. He is well known by many local businesses and regarded as an expert in the field. He will never leave a job without giving the customer a full explanation of what caused the problem and how to prevent it from reoccurring. Chad never takes short cuts and treats every problem as if it was his own
